It started with a simple frustration. You can trace a bag of coffee to a single farm, but a steak? Good luck. The people doing it right — raising cattle slow, on open pasture, with real care — were getting paid the same commodity price as everyone else, and shoppers had no way to find them.
So we made a marketplace where that work is visible. Every rancher is vetted to the Select Standard, every cut carries its origin, and every dollar goes further toward the family that earned it. When you buy here, you're not just buying dinner — you're keeping a way of life alive.
